This discount applies to any membership your friend signs up for including open gym, adult fitness, remote coaching, sports performance and personal training.

Sports Performance

Group training – max 6 athletes per class

  • 1 month / 2x per week – $100

Personal training 1-on-1 training

  • 1 month/ 2x per week – $400
  • 1 month/ 3x per week – $600

Personal programming with open gym style training

Drop-in

  • $15 per day
  • $20 per day with t-shirt

Open gym style with a coach on the floor

Open gym membership is our most popular option. A coach is always on the floor to provide coaching to our members and you choose what time works best in your schedule to come in and train during any open hours of the gym. You have access to a workout each day that is built for your training goals and can train with other athletes who are likeminded with their goals. I cannot emphasize enough, never underestimate the power of training with other athletes who will encourage and push you to reach your goals and maximize your potential.

Month-to-month

  • $80 for active students, law enforcement, military, and first responders
  • $120 for adults

3 Month Contract

  • $220 for active students, law enforcement, military, and first responders
  • $330 for adults

6 Month Contract

  • $400 for active students, law enforcement, military, and first responders
  • $600 for adults

Remote coaching

Remote coaching & programming are offered to athlete’s who are not within close proximity of Michigan Elite Strength. This option is offered to athlete’s who are either already competing or have the goal of competing one day. Programming and coaching are done remotely online, but if able to can come in for in-person training sessions if scheduled.

  • $120 per month
  • Includes program & online coaching
  • Client have the ability to come in for in-person training sessions if possible

Personal Training

Personal training is offered in monthly training packages that consist of 1-2x per week. This is a complete 1-on-1 training session that is tailored 100% to your current goals. Each session is a 1-hour duration, and provides all the coaching, cueing, and corrections to master each movement. This style coaching caters to the member who is new to training and wants to feel confident in their ability to safely and effectively begin training. This is also an effective style for athletes who are struggling/stagnant in a certain aspect of their training and want to break through a plateau.

  • 1-on-1 personal training session 1 hour duration per session
    • 1x per week = $200 per month
    • 2x per week = $400 per month
